Coordinator
Bear Out Store is India's emerging performance compression sock brand — built for runners, cyclists, gym-goers, and athletes. We're growing fast and need an executional powerhouse to keep our Instagram engine running smoothly.
What This Role Actually Is
This isn't a "strategy" job — the founder handles strategy. This is a coordination + execution role. You'll be the connective tissue between the founder's direction, the video/photo editor, influencers, and Instagram itself.
We post content across our Core, Prime, and Pro compression sock lines targeting runners, gym-goers, cyclists, and everyday athletes. Our content is high-energy, sharp, and performance-led. You'll make sure the right content goes up on time, influencers deliver what was agreed, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Why Intern/Junior-level is the right call: The strategy, brand voice, influencer selection, and deal terms are all founder-led. What's needed is someone sharp, reliable, and hungry — not someone who'll try to reinvent the brand. A fresher or early-career candidate with genuine interest in fitness, content, and digital brands will thrive here.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Content Calendar
Build and maintain the monthly Instagram content calendar — mapping every post, reel, and story to a date and time slot aligned with the brand strategy.
Editor Coordination
Receive briefs from the founder and relay them to the photo/video editor. Track progress, push for deadlines, consolidate feedback, and get the final asset.
Influencer Coordination
After the founder identifies and closes the deal, you manage all follow-ups — timelines, deliverables, revision requests, and final content collection.
Influencer Research Support
Help identify relevant fitness, running, and gym micro-influencers to present to the founder. Build shortlists with engagement data and niche fit.
Posting & Scheduling
Schedule and post all content on Instagram on time — reels, carousels, stories. Ensure captions, hashtags, and tags are accurate before publishing.
Basic Reporting
Track post performance weekly — reach, saves, shares, follower growth. Flag what's working to the founder; no deep analysis needed, just a clean summary.
The Right Fit
- Genuinely into fitness — running, gym, cycling, or any sport. You understand the audience because you are the audience (or close to it).
- Organised and follow-up obsessed — you chase people without being told. Deadlines don't slip when you're on it.
- Comfortable with Instagram natively — you know Reels, Stories, carousels, hashtags, and how the algorithm broadly behaves.
- Clear communicator — good written English for DMs, briefs, and messages to influencers and editors.
- Self-starter — we're a lean brand. You won't be hand-held on every task; you take the brief and run with it.
- Basic tools comfort — Notion / Google Sheets for calendar, Meta Business Suite or Later for scheduling. Canva is a plus.
- 0–2 years experience. Freshers welcome if you have a personal brand, a college fest background, or even managed your college's social media.

- You expect a fixed 9-to-5 structure with no flexibility required.
- You've never used Instagram personally with any regularity.
- You're not interested in fitness or athletic lifestyle content at all.
- You need constant follow-up to complete tasks.
